Lightheartedness is a delight,
A gift which makes each day seem bright.
It refuses to look down
But rather smiles than have a frown.
It's cheerfulness offsets the blues
On loveliness its thoughts will muse.
Let it be a daily choice
To lift you up and then rejoice!
