We may not understand the promise
Given each and every day
If we are not alone with God
And glimpse a little of His way.
He will shine upon our thoughts
If in our day we give Him space.
We will see in His dimension
When we seek and give Him place.
Opening our minds to Him
Will turn our “darkness” into light.
Treasured rays of heavenly light
Will spur us on to “higher flight”.
We can soar into His promise,
Confident and strong of wing,
As we discover “higher learning”
And to His promise tightly cling.
