Time with the Lord adds gold to each day,
Riches we gain in no other way,
Spurring us on, expanding our view,
Adding new insights which we can pursue.
These times give foundation to balance our day,
Building us up so we don't go astray.
He adds to us strength we ourselves might not find
When His thoughts with ours become intertwined.
