When "upsets" my emotions fill
The Lord just simply says, "Be still".
His peace washes over me
And of all tension I am free.
Oh, what soothing, Oh, what balm...
His healing touch brings inner calm.
When we cry out, He will hear,
Our thoughts to lift, our hearts to cheer.
